Enel Distribución Perú has 1.3 million clients, and Claudia Suárez’s mission is to ensure that they receive an excellent service while visiting any of our commercial offices. With twenty years in the company, as Head of Face-to-Face Customer Service, she leads a team of 17 employees who each day deal with about two thousand enquiries.

The owner of the property must submit his/her ID and the property document duly registered. He/she must also have no debt. The process is immediate, and the data update will show on the bill after the month in which the request was made.
