Our Regulatory Affairs Manager of Enel Generacion Peru, Luis Flores, was one of the speakers at the important event. He participated in the panel: Regulatory framework in electricity.

In that sense, Flores emphasized that the RER generation will allow for a diversified and sustainable generation matrix, helping to strengthen energy security and achieve the objectives assumed by Peru at COP 21.

On the other hand, the Infrastructure and Networks Manager of Enel Distribucion Peru, Riccardo Lama, participated in the panel: Regulation in the Electrical Distribution and its new role. He shared the perspective of the company on the new roles that distributors must assume in order to shape a Smart Grid or smart grid in our country, with a view to satisfying the demands of users and managing the electrical system in an integrated manner.

"It is possible to develop a Smart Grid based on the current infrastructure. However, the new demands and regulation should favor this change, "said Lama.
