He is an electrical engineer from the University of Bologna (Italy) and has an Executive Master in Business Administration at LUISS Business School in Rome. He was appointed General Manager of Enel Distribución on March 15, 2019. He has also held various positions within the Enel Group since 2003 in Italy and Colombia.
On the other hand, during the period 2009 - 2014 he was Secretary of the Technical Committee 8 "Systems aspects for electrical energy supply" of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), Secretary of the Technical Committee 8X "System aspects of electricity supply" of the CENELE and Member of the Session 4 of the CIRED (Distributed Generation).
