Approved by the Annual Shareholder’s Meeting of Enel Distribución Perú S.A.A. on 28 March 2023.
“Distribute in cash up to 65% of the freely available profits generated during the year 2023, as follows:
• An interim dividend: up to 40% of the accumulated profits as of the third quarter, payable between the months of November and December 2023.
• Complementary dividend: up to 65% of the accumulated profits as of the fourth quarter of 2023, discounting the dividend on account of the year previously delivered, which will be paid on the date determined by the mandatory annual general meeting of shareholders of the year 2024, unless said Board agrees to modify the destination of the balance of the freely available profit not distributed on account during the 2023 financial year.
Likewise, if the general meeting of shareholders so decides, up to 100% of the accumulated results and / or freely available reserves registered by the Company may be distributed in cash.
The convenience of the distribution, as well as the amounts to be distributed and the definitive date of payment, if applicable, will be defined at each opportunity, based on the availability of funds, investment plans and the financial balance of the company ”.
