If you are a residential customer of Enel and you need to make a claim, you do not need to go to our Service Centers or send us a letter. Here are some simple ways to make a claim:

1. Through the web page. Enter www.enel.pe, locate yourself in the "Useful Links" section and, in the Tools row, check the option "Claims: Register and consult your attentions".

2. Via email. Just write us at fonocliente@enel.com with your information: names and surnames, ID, address, customer number, reason for the claim, place, date and your signature. You can also include any document that justifies your claim.

3. Via phone. You can reach us at the Fonocliente telephone number at 517 1717. Our operators will guide you through the process.

Always remember to check the conditions of your appliances and electrical wiring before making a claim.
