Niko is an Electrical Engineer by profession, and also has a bachelor's degree in Systems and Computer Engineering. He holds a Master in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Callao and a Master in Business Sciences from the San Ignacio de Loyola University. Graduated from the Doctorate in Electrical Engineering at the National University of Callao, Niko has completed various specializations, such as Energy Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master Program in Coaching and Leadership from the San Ignacio de Loyola University, and Maintenance Engineering program from BS GROUP. .
His experience in leading work teams stands out, as well as his experience in maximizing resources for continuous improvement through innovation and the development of operational efficiencies, which has been reflected throughout the course of his career building a very solid and outstanding management brand.
He has held the position of Head of Services and Security Peru since January 2022 and has held various positions since joining Enel Peru in 2005.
