Lima, November 14th, 2018.  Enel Distribución Perú launched a new easy payment campaign for customers with suspended electricity service due to non-payment. To apply for this benefit, customers have to go to one of our service centers to have their case evaluated and get a discount in the upfront fee, a more flexible payment instalment scheme and, if necessary, to have the electricity meter reinstalled.

With this campaign, more than 29 thousand customers will have the electricity service restored in their homes, mainly in the districts of San Juan de Lurigancho, Cercado de Lima, Callao, Ventanilla, Comas, San Martín de Porres and Puente Piedra, where there is a large number of cases without electricity service.

“Our objective is to guarantee the electricity service for all our customers within our concession area, as we know that energy is essential to improve the quality of life of people. Please go to our offices where we will provide you with an effective solution to your case,” said Karen Manrique, representative of the Commercial Management of Enel Peru.
