Residents of Tiwinza Have Now Access to Electricity

Enel Distribución Perú has supplied with electric power more than 3,500 homes in different shantytowns of its concession area, such as Tiwinza in Callao, where over 300 families have now access to electricity.

More Areas Benefited

The residents of shantytowns Marcelina Caballero (Ventanilla) and Asociación de Pobladores del Sector El Pedregal Anexo 22 Pampa Canto Grande (San Antonio de Chaclla) have also benefited from the service. In San Juan de Lurigancho, family associations El Vallecito and Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre share the benefits as well.

Our goal is to supply with electric power a total of 12 thousand homes by the end of the year.

It should be noted that 99% of the population has access to electricity in Lima, a city with over 10 million inhabitants, more than half of which live in the concession area of our company.
