General Contract Conditions
The General Contract Conditions are intended to regulate the contractual relationship between the Enel Group companies and its Contractors concerning the procurement of materials, equipment, works and services.
The document is composed of a General Part applicable to all contracts, regardless of the country in which the activity takes place, and the Country Schedules.
During the term in which the object of the contract is to be executed in a specific country, the related Country Schedule will normally apply, which contains the specific clauses applicable to each country.
Sixth edition, effective as of 1 July 2016.
