The Fifth Edition of the Enel Group’s General Contract Conditions comes into force as of 1 October 2015. The new contract model will be applied to the works, service and supply contracts entered into between the Group companies and Enel’s Suppliers.

As of 1 October, the General Conditions will apply in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Romania, Slovakia, Russia, Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica and Argentina.

General Contract Conditions

The General Contract Conditions are intended to regulate the contractual relationship between the   Enel Group companies and its Contractors concerning the procurement of materials, equipment, works and services.

The document is composed of a General Part applicable to all contracts, regardless of the country in which the activity takes place, and the Country Schedules.

During the term in which the object of the contract is to be executed in a specific country, the related Country Schedule will normally apply, which contains the specific clauses applicable to each country.
