He is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with post-graduate studies in Economic Development from the University of Oxford (England). He was appointed Director on 23 March 2015.
Currently, he is an independent consultant. He served until 31 March 2015 as Secretary-General at Banco de Crédito del Perú and Deputy Secretary at Credicorp Ltd. He was Manager of the Legal Division of Banco de Crédito del Perú and Head of the Legal Department of Banco Continental (Peru). He was a partner and senior lawyer at the law firm Estudio Ferrari & Yori Abogados (formerly Ferrero & Ferrari - Abogados). He also worked in the public sector, first as Consultant to the Peruvian Directorate General of Foreign Trade and then, until his retirement, as Consultant to the Ministerial Office of the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism.
He teaches at the School of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He holds the status of Associate Professor and was a member of the Council of the School of Law.
