Sobre la interrupción del servicio eléctrico ocurrida esta madrugada en algunos distritos de Lima y Callao, queremos informar a la ciudadanía:
1. A las 23:52 horas de ayer miércoles, se suscitó una falla imprevista en una red de alta tensión ubicada en el distrito de Carmen de la Legua, aparentemente causada por razones climatológicas. Ello provocó la interrupción temporal del servicio eléctrico de 210 mil clientes en algunos distritos de Lima y Callao.
2. Nuestras cuadrillas de emergencia acudieron inmediatamente a la zona y logramos reponer el servicio al 82% en 25 minutos. Y 20 minutos después, el fluido eléctrico fue restablecido al 100%.
3. También queremos informar que apenas conocimos que un vehículo cercano fue dañado a raíz de este evento, establecimos contacto con la persona afectada para resarcir este daño material.
4. La seguridad y bienestar de las personas son lo más importante para Enel. Nuestros ingenieros continuarán revisando las redes eléctricas que llevan energía a la zona con el objetivo de seguir brindando un servicio calidad y reducir al máximo cualquier riesgo que pueda provocar este tipo de eventos atípicos.
