Enel Distribución Perú anunció que este 02 de diciembre iniciará una campaña para brindar facilidades de pago a sus clientes que se encuentren en condición de morosos/sin conexión eléctrica y vuelvan a tener el servicio eléctrico, la misma que terminará el 31 de diciembre de 2019.
“Queremos brindar las mayores facilidades a nuestros clientes, ayudarlos a pagar las deudas que tengan por el servicio eléctrico y que en estas fiestas navideñas puedan disfrutar los beneficios del suministro eléctrico”, comentó Carlos Solís Pino, Head of Market Perú. “Esta campaña beneficiará a todos los clientes que tengan dos meses o más de deuda” añadió.
Así, estos clientes contarán con facilidades para pagar su deuda, en algunos casos hasta en 48 cuotas. Además, el pago de la cuota inicial puede llegar a ser de tan solo el 10% de la deuda.
“Queremos reiterar nuestro compromiso de brindarles la mejor atención y las mejores alternativas se solución a las necesidades de todos nuestros clientes”, amplió Carlos Solís Pino.
