Redes de media tensión entraron en servicio entre el 2014 y 2015.
Lima, 29 de Febrero, 2016 – Los centros poblados Pisquillo (Huaral) y Tiroler (Huacho) ya cuentan con redes eléctricas instaladas por Enel Distribución Perú que contribuirán a generar progreso y desarrollo a todos los vecinos de estas zonas del Norte Chico.
Con estas redes se atenderá una demanda de 4 megawatios para clientes agroindustriales de la zona, lo cual significará un importante ahorro en sus costos de producción al prescindir del petróleo y, en consecuencia, contribuirán con la sostenibilidad del medio ambiente.
En todo el Norte Chico, Enel Distribución Perú distribuye energía eléctrica a cerca de 121 mil clientes distribuidos entre los distritos Huacho, Huaura, Huaral, Chancay, Supe, Barranca, Pativilca, Barranca y las tres minicentrales Nava, Hoyos Acos y Ravira Pacaraos.
