It is a type of workplace sexual harassment that occurs when physical or verbal conduct of a sexual nature occurs, creating an intimidating, humiliating or hostile climate that affects a person's work.
Sexual behaviors can come from the victim's peers or from anyone who interferes / lives with him or her in the work environment. It is not necessary for the victim to have suffered an injury or lost a job benefit.
On many occasions this type of sexual harassment is normalized or justified as a joke or harmless behavior.

It can be expressed through unwanted or rejected physical or verbal conduct of a sexual nature by one or more people who take advantage of a position of authority or hierarchy in a company against another person, submitting them and making them tolerate their behaviors or invitations of a sexual nature.
