This is just the beginning. We have designed the Enel Mobile App in such a way that it will be upgraded in short time and permanently updated with more features. That is why we will be able by the middle of next year to report incidences in street lighting or electrical emergencies; it will be also possible to pay bills directly from the application.

Enel also foresees to help customers that have accumulated debt for three or more months to apply for special financing through the app.
