Elderly Customer Grateful to Enel Distribución Perú and RPP

Special actions were carried out thanks to the intervention of Radio Programas del Perú (RPP).

Lima, 15 September 2015 – Customer Teodomiro Navarro (83), whose home is located in the neighbourhood Los Pinos in San Juan de Lurigancho, thanked Radio Programas del Perú and Enel Distribución Perú for the prompt energy supply installation made last Saturday afternoon.

Concerned because our contractor’s technicians had not found him home to perform the work according to their schedule, Mr. Navarro, who lives alone, was afraid to leave his house and miss once again the operators who would perform the service connection.

Showing solidarity and creativity, his neighbours called radio station RPP, which immediately contacted Enel Distribución Perú to request a special intervention. The company quickly responded to the call.

Mr. Teodomiro Navarro was very grateful to Radio Programas del Perú and Enel Distribución Perú for helping him when he needed it most.
