Enel presents Smart City "lifestyle" for Peruvian cities

Can Peruvian cities become spaces where we use electricity efficiently? Enel Peru does believes. To explain it, Riccardo Lama, Responsible of Infrastructure and Networks of the company, presented this afternoon the exposition "Intelligent networks: supporting visions of the future", during the "International Forum and Conference of Energy Efficiency” organized by Ministry of Energy and Mines.

"Smart City is not a place, it is a lifestyle", was one of the first insights shared by the executive, who explained that Enel Group vision on the subject rests on three pillars: efficiency, use of renewable energies and reliability of power supply.

The company has developed several technologies over the years, in different parts of the world, in order to ensure the proper use of this resource. Therefore, he trusts that our cities can incorporate them and profile themselves as Smart Cities progressively.
