He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in Italy and a Master's degree in engineering from the Helsinki University of Technology in Finland. He also holds an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. He is country manager of the Enel Group in Peru and since March 2021 was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enel Distribución Perú S.A.A., Enel Generación Perú S.A.A. and Enel Generación Piura S.A.
He has 15 years of experience in the Enel Group and has held different management positions.
The most recent was as Director of Colombia and Peru for Power Generation, a business line that generates energy through conventional and renewable sources. He has also worked for 10 years in the upstream oil and gas sector in Italy, Croatia and Russia. He also served as Director of Italy Portfolio Evolution and was responsible for the Futur-e project, whose objective was the reconversion of 23 disused power plants in Italy and a closed lignite mine.
