He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Columbia University. In addition, he was trained in General Management Competencies by Newfield Consulting, participated in Yale School of Management’s Corporate Governance Executive Education Program, attended the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education’s course “Family Business Continuity and Development” and took part in Kellogg School of Management’s CEOs Management Program at Northwestern University.
With 25 years of experience in management and consulting in the private, public and multilateral sectors, Bartolomé Ríos has worked for institutions such as the Peruvian Ministry of Economy and Finance, Bankboston Peru, Biscayneamericas Advisers, the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), Fundación Avina, Peru’s Development Bank (COFIDE), EQUBO, Fábrica Nacional de Acumuladores ETNA, and PricewaterhouseCoopers - PwC Peru. He currently is a family business independent consultant and Alternate Independent Director at Enel Generación Perú[1]
