The new Code of Good Corporate Governance for Peruvian Companies presents a renewed and updated structure containing the best good corporate governance standards. They apply to the Peruvian reality, addressing aspects related to corporate management¾especially in the dynamics of the board of shareholders, the board of directors and the senior management¾and proper risk management in order to promote reciprocal control and management efficiency in companies.
