As of 1 October 2015, the Fifth Edition of the General Procurement Conditions of the Enel Group enters into force. The new model agreement will be applied to procurement contracts of works, services and supplies arranged between the Group companies and Enel’s Suppliers.

As of 1 October, the General Procurement Conditions will be applied in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Romania, Slovakia, Russia, Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica and Argentina.

General Procurement Conditions

The General Procurement Conditions aim to regulate the contractual relationship between Enel Group companies and their Contractors regarding the procurement of material, equipment, works and services.

The document contains a General Part applicable to all contracts, regardless of the country in which the activity takes place, and Country Schedules.

Normally, during the term in which the object of the contract must be executed in a specific Country, the corresponding Country Schedule containing country-specific clauses will be applied.
