Enel Green Power Perú donates medical equipment and implements to the Ricardo Cruzado Rivarola de Nazca Hospital

  • This initiative will supply the hospital's COVID-19 unit with the necessary equipment so that medical personnel can continue to care for patients affected by the virus in the region.
  • The donation was made within the framework of the national campaign "May our energy never stop", carried out by the company to support the national health system.

 

Lima, July 20th, 2020.- In response to the ongoing health emergency and in order to strengthen the national health system during the fight against COVID-19, Enel Green Power Perú donated medical equipment and supplies to the Ricardo Cruzado Rivarola hospital in Nazca, which belongs to the Regional Health Directorate of Ica. This initiative will supply the health center with the necessary tools so that help medical personnel can continue to care for patients affected by the virus in the region.

The company delivered 10 oxygen balloons, an essential element to save lives with COVID-19 patients; as well as 500 scrubs, 1000 three-fold masks, 500 pairs of disposable gloves, 100 containers of alcohol gel, 100 containers of liquid soap, 4 infrared thermometers, 250 sets of sheets and 250 blankets.

This initiative adds up to others already carried out by Enel Perú in support of the health system at the national level to contribute to the fight against the virus.
