Lima, June 15th, 2018.  Enel Distribución Perú launched an easy payment campaign for customers with suspended electricity service due to non-payment. Users who want to sign up only need to go to our service centers and pay a minimum upfront fee calculated for the reconnection of the electricity service in their homes.

This initiative will benefit more than 20 thousand customers, mainly in the districts of Callao, Ventanilla, Cercado de Lima, San Juan de Lurigancho, Comas and Puente Piedra, where there is a large number of cases without electricity service. It should be noted that the campaign will also benefit customers who do not require re-installation of an electricity meter.

“Our objective is to guarantee electricity supply to all our customers within our concession area, as we know that energy is an essential component of the quality of life of people. If your service has been cut for non-payment, please go to our offices where we will provide you with an effective solution,” said Karen Manrique, representative of the Commercial Management of Enel Peru.

The campaign will be in effect from June through August, 2018. For further information, please call Fonocliente at 517-1717 or go to our service centers.
