Certified public accountant by the Ricardo Palma University. He has been with the Enel Group for 23 years, having professionally developed in different positions. From its beginnings and for approximately 10 years he did it within the Administration, Finance and Control Management. After that he spent 4 years in the Corporate Audit area and for a period of 6 years he led various teams within the Commercial Management. During the last 3 years he worked as a People & Business Partner in Human Resources. He is currently Head of Service & Security in Enel Perú.
His experience is supported in business administration, the application of administrative solutions, as well as in the implementation and development of processes, identifying needs, weaknesses and avoiding risks. It maintains a high level of negotiation and commitment in the development of people.
