Protection procedure for minority shareholders 2023
In accordance with the provisions of Article 262-A of Act 26887 Business Corporations Actas amended by Executive Order 1061, we hereby inform our shareholders of the following:
- 2,077,567 ordinary shares have not been claimed as of 16 May 2023, with a total value, according to the listing in force as of 16 May 2023 on the Lima Stock Exchange (S/ 4.18 per share) of PEN 8,684,230.06
- The total amount of uncollected enforceable dividends as of 16 May 2023 amounts to PEN 649,651.33.
- The list of shareholders who have not requested their certificates and/or collected their dividends yet is available on the website of Enel Perú and the website of the Peruvian Securities Market Superintendency (SMV) at http://www.smv.gob.pe.
- To request their certificates or collect their dividends, the shareholders named above must appear in person at the Company Alfa Consultores SAC, a company that manages the Register of shareholders of Enel Generación Perú S.A.A., whose is located at Avenida Manuel Olguín 325 Office 905, floor 9th, Santiago de Surco, Lima, which is open Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
