To facilitate the reading of your Enel light receipt, below we explain each of the sections that comprise it in detail.
Client number: It is the code that identifies you as a user of the service of your Enel light bill. It is in the upper right part of your receipt.
Historical consumption: It is the evolution of your electricity consumption in the last 13 months.
Detail of the consumption: It is the information of your electric power consumption in kilowatt hours. This monthly consumption is calculated by subtracting the previous reading from the current reading and then multiplying the result by the factor of your light meter.
Supply data: Shows the characteristics of your service. To know if you have a scheduled cut, check if your rationing code appears in the ads that we publish in Expreso and Extra newspapers, on our website www.enel.pe or in flyers that will arrive at your home
Detail of amounts: In this box you will see all the amounts that make up the total to be paid. These are composed of:
Replenishment and connection maintenance: Is the cost of maintenance, replacement or change of the connection of your electric service. According to law, we must change your meter at the end of its useful life. We assume this cost
- Fixed charge: It is the cost of the activities of reading, processing and issuing invoices, distribution and collection.
- Energy charge: It is the cost of the electric power determined by the tariff schedule in force in the cycle of your billing.
- Public lighting: Public lighting service for avenues, streets, squares and other places within the concession area. It is invoiced proportionally to your monthly consumption.
- Rounding of the current month and the previous month: It is the rounding that we do to speed up your payment without generating interest or default. These cents are returned or charged on the next receipt.
Messages to the client: It is the section that we reserve in your Enel light receipt to communicate with you.
FISE information: The Social Energy Inclusion Fund (FISE) for those users who apply for the benefit of the discount for the gas balloon. The invitation arrives in a notice attached to the receipt.
Detail of interruptions: These are the dates in which your electric service was interrupted. If the cuts are the responsibility of Enel Peru, you have to pay compensation.
Total to pay: It is the amount corresponding to the total amounts plus the orders requested.
Due date: Maximum time for you to pay your receipt. This will prevent the collection of compensatory interest. Your service will be cut once the 2-month bill has expired without payment.
