She holds a degree in Industrial Relations from the San Martín de Porres University (Peru) and several specialisation degrees: in Marketing from the Esan Graduate School of Business (Peru), in Communication Direction from the University of Lima (Peru), in Socio-environmental Conflict Negotiation from the Pontifical University Catholic University of Peru (Peru), and in Transformative Leadership and Social Inclusion from the University of the Pacific (Peru). She also attended the Programme of High Specialisation in Corporate Relations of the IE Business School (Spain).
She has experience in institutional relations, corporate social responsibility and community relations for development, negotiation of social conflicts with native communities and peasant communities, development of productive social projects and creation of shared value. She is a representative in the management of social issues with State agencies (Peru’s National Office for Dialogue and Sustainability of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers) and local governments (National Confederation of Private Business Associations/Confiep – UN Global Compact in Peru).
