The Model is a Framework of Controls integrated in the processes or activities that are exposed to the risks of commission of the crimes typified in the applicable regulations, as well as in those contained in the Enel Global Compliance Program (EGCP), which seeks to prevent commission of crimes in the operations of the Company, mitigate the risks associated with the criminal responsibility of the legal entity for the purposes of Law No. 30424, Legislative Decree No. 1352 and Law No. 30835 and the risks of administrative responsibility established in the Enel Global Compliance Program - EGCP.
